The proposed solution aims to enhance the learning experience by implementing a Custom GenAI tool tailored to course-specific content, including syllabus details, lecture notes, assignments, and additional resources. Designed as a virtual assistant, this tool will provide students with quick access to essential information, minimizing the need to search through various documents and resources. Intended outcomes include improved accessibility to course information, reduced time spent on administrative queries, and a more focused and engaged learning environment. This tool will support self-paced, 24/7 learning, encouraging students to prioritize mastery of course concepts.
