Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be used as a tool to help all students read and write more efficiently. How is AI used with students who struggle with literacy tasks? How are students informed about using AI as a tool? Is there a limit to AI's use in the classroom? Students with diagnosed learning disabilities benefit from AI, but how do educators ensure students don't cheat? This presentation explores current research in AI related to students with diagnosed learning disabilities in grades K-12 and how cutting-edge research can help educator-practitioners in their classroom teaching practices.
