William ‚"Biff" Farrell is an Academic Multimedia Specialist and Director of Video at the Office of Digital Learning, housed within the University of Oklahoma. Working with OU faculty and staff he designs online instruction, implements and produces video for different learning environments while also researching new media solutions for higher education.
Previously, he was an Associate Professor and Department Head of Video Production at Pellissippi State in Knoxville, TN. In this capacity he worked to guide curriculum, matching student production curriculum with broadcast networks and production facilities along the East Coast.
