Parking for Academic Tech Expo 2025
The event will be held at the Oklahoma Memorial Union. The address is 900 Asp Ave, Norman, OK 73019 here is a building map: https://www.ou.edu/content/dam/union/docs/OMUBuildingMap.pdf
The following parking options are available to you:
Park for a fee in the Union garage:
For a fee, the Union Parking Center is available Friday: 7 a.m.-10 p.m.
The Union Parking Center is open to the public at a rate of $2 per hour or $14 per day. It is located on Asp Avenue, next to the Oklahoma Memorial Union.
If you choose to park in the garage, you can park on level three for the third floor of the building and use that entrance to go in. Level 3 is where the event will be held. You will head down the hallway and through the ballroom to the check-in table.
OU Faculty/Staff Parking Lot:
You can park in the Field House parking lot or the Jenkins parking lot next to Sarkeys with your OU (Norman, Tulsa, or OKC) parking permit. You will need to buzz the gate if you are not a Norman parking permit holder and tell them you are from another OU campus attending Academic Tech Expo.
